New Blog

ok, so I've decided to record all my workouts and meal plans so that when people ask me what I'm doing I have somewhere to direct them. I don't know if many people will look at it, but it will be good to have something to refer to, and to track my progress.

I was just going to do it on this blog, but I felt weird just in case people that I don't know start looking at it I don't want too much personal stuff on it. (even though I don't really post on this blog anymore).

And don't make fun of the name, I seriously had the hardest time thinking of something.
